Choline salicylate alleviates pain by inhibition of prostaglandin synthesis and reduce fever by acting on the hypothalamus heat-regulating center. It also blocks the generation of impulses.
How to use
Cetalkonium Chloride + Choline Salicylate:
This medicine is for external use only. Use this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor.
Salicylates may enhance the effect of anticoagulants and inhibit the action of uricosurics.
Not to be used in:
If allergic to salicylates, e.g. Aspirin
If have an active peptic ulcer

Choline salicylate has an analgesic & anti-inflammatory effect. Like salicylic acid Choline salicylate has no antithrombotic activity. The pharmacological actions of choline salicylate are thought to be primarily mediated through inhibition of prostaglandin production.
