Use to treat moderate to severe vasomotor symptoms associated with menopause, as well as to prevent postmenopausal osteoporosis.
Women with undiagnosed abnormal uterine bleeding, known, suspected, or past history of breast cancer, known or suspected estrogen-dependent neoplasia, active deep venous thrombosis, pulmonary embolism, or history of these conditions, active arterial thromboembolic disease, hypersensitivity (e.g., anaphylaxis, angioedema) to estrogens, bazedoxifene, or any ingredients, known hepatic impairment, or other known thrombophilic disorders are all contraindications.
Administration:
Take this medication orally with or without food as advised by your doctor, generally once a day. To avoid stomach distress, you can take it with or after a meal. Swallow the tablets whole. Do not break or chew the tablets.
Adult Dose:
Should be taken once a day.
Child Dose:
Not recommended for use on children.
Renal Dose:
It should be used with caution in patients with kidney disease. Dose adjustment of it may be needed. Please consult your doctor.
There were no medication interaction studies done with this pill. Estrogens are partially metabolized by CYP3A4. Concurrent use of this tablet with CYP3A4 inhibitors may increase conjugated estrogen exposure and hence the risk of endometrial hyperplasia.

High blood pressure, blood clots, liver and thyroid issues, fluid retention, hypocalcemia, dementia, breast lumps, atypical vaginal bleeding, severe headaches, muscle spasms, weakness and weariness, nausea, diarrhea, throat pain, disorientation, and so on.
Pregnancy & Lactation Category Note:
Should not be used in women who are or might become pregnant.Breastfeeding mothers should avoid using this product. It is unknown if this medication is excreted in human milk. The delivery of estrogen to nursing moms has been found to reduce the quantity and quality of milk.
Precautions:
Estrogen therapy is not recommended for the prevention of cardiovascular disease or dementia. Women with uterus who use unopposed estrogens are more likely to develop endometrial cancer.
In case of overdosage, there is no specific antidote, and the treatment should be symptomatic. Symptoms of overdosage of estrogen-containing products in adults and children may include nausea, vomiting, breast tenderness, dizziness, abdominal pain, drowsiness/fatigue; withdrawal bleeding may occur.
Keep out of the reach of children.Do not store above 30°C. Keep away from light and out of the reach of children. After opening foil pouch, product must be used within 60 days.

Pregnancy Category X. This tablet must not be used in women who are or may become pregnant. No studies were performed on animals to evaluate the effects on reproduction with conjugated estrogens/bazedoxifene. This tablet should not be used by lactating women. It is not known whether this drug is excreted in human milk. Detectable amounts of estrogens have been identified in the milk of mothers receiving conjugated estrogens.
