Dr. Gulshan earned her MBBS from Dhaka University. She obtained MS in Gynecology & Obstetrics from the same institute, and then completed MCPS and FCPS from Bangladesh college of Physicians & Surgeons (BCPS). She has about 30 years experience in the field of obstetrics and gynaecology. She is trained in advanced laparoscopic Surgery from Kerala and Chennai, India. Throughout her career, she has developed her skills in modern Gynaecology/ Obstetrics and infertility management. Before joining Evercare Hospital Dhaka, Dr. Gulshan Ara was serving as Consultant in the Department of Gynaecology & Obstetrics Dhaka Medical College Hospital for 7 years.
